Jacqueline has a valuable mix of practical, hands on, personal leadership experiences along with in depth knowledge from 20 years of coaching and developing leaders and teams who take on significant change. She specializes in all aspects of leadership development; from creating an overall, integrated strategy for succession management, performance management and leadership development to the implementation of customized development plans and coaching for high performing leaders and their teams. Whether you want to improve your leadership effectiveness and influence, or better develop your relationship or team leadership skills, Jacqueline will be a strategic partner and sounding board to significantly boost your ability to get results.

Through partnership and collaboration, Jacqueline helps uncover and harness individual and team strengths, while mitigating weaknesses. She supports leaders to define and measure success while implementing their own personal leadership brand. In her last internal corporate role, Jacqueline oversaw leadership development worldwide for a multinational financial services company at the time that the organization was transitioning from a mutual firm to a publicly traded company. She has worked with professionals in all types of industries, with a focus on the financial, technology, oil and gas, and transportation industries.

An accomplished scholar, Jacqueline has completed a BSc, a Diploma in Advanced Studies in Career Development, an MEd, and a Doctorate in leadership and coaching. She is certified to administer the Extended DISC, Group Styles Inventory (GSI), EQ in Action, Thomas-Kilmann Conflict Mode Inventory (TKI), and many other assessments. She has developed specialized 360 feedback assessments for leaders and teams, as well as a comprehensive, research based Team Effectiveness Assessment. She is a Certified Human Resource Professional (CHRP) and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is a Past President of the Calgary Association of Professional Coaches (CAPC) and is currently the President of the Banff Couples Conference.

Jacqueline has co-developed a new High Performance Team Coaching System that has been published in several journals and books. She is currently writing her third book, High Performance Relationships: The Heart and Science Behind Success in Business and Life. This book uniquely provides a simple model for building, repairing and enhancing relationships based on the overlaps in the research between high performance teams, leaders and successful couples.
